• We have your property’s current value professionally appraised and estimate the potential increase after the proposed clearing and improvements.
• Riverstone Earthworks clears a house pad, driveway access and prepares the block for sale or your required improvements.
• You then list your improved property for sale.
• when the land sells within a required time frame , you simply pay: the standard clearing costs, plus
a % of the increase in sale price above the starting value.
• Everything is agreed upon before work begins with a formal contract.
